Dr. Sandra Franco, DPM, MS, is a board-certified podiatric physician, surgeon, scientist, and Founder of FRANCO & CO. She has built a distinctive practice that brings together advanced podiatric medicine and surgery with modern medical-spa services, reflecting her belief that health, function, and aesthetic well-being are deeply connected.
With extensive surgical training and a commitment to evidence-based care, Dr. Franco is recognized for combining clinical excellence with a highly personalized approach to patient care. In addition to leading FRANCO & CO, Dr. Franco serves as a Clinical Professor at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and maintains an active research partnership with St. Thomas University in Miami, contributing to studies focused on lower-extremity health, sports medicine, and clinical outcomes.
