Dr. Sandra Franco is a board-certified podiatric physician and the founding medical director of FRANCO & CO. Her practice bridges clinical podiatric surgery with a modern medical-spa studio, a combination shaped by years of surgical training, a commitment to evidence-based care, and a belief that health and aesthetic well-being are inseparable. Dr. Franco holds an active research partnership with St. Thomas University (STU) Miami, where she contributes to lower-extremity sports-medicine studies.
Dr. Franco earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree and completed surgical residency training before founding FRANCO & CO in Miramar. She is known equally for precise operative work and for the unhurried conversations she holds with every patient before care begins.
